Before you Arrive
Here’s everything you need to know to get the most from your DRIP experience

Etiquette Reminder
To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please rinse off between sauna and pool rotations, and change into dry, comfortable clothing before using the relaxation beds. We ask that all guests maintain a quiet, respectful atmosphere. With limited beds available, please enjoy your full reset, but be mindful of your time so others can do the same.

01. Book Your Session
Secure your session online or in the centre. Choose from one of our Signature Methods for a complete recovery flow, or customise your visit with one of our individual services.
02. Arrive & Check In
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to get settled. Our team will welcome you, answer any questions, and guide you through your session.
03. Get Yourself Ready
Wear swimwear or light, breathable clothing for your sessions.
Please bring your own towel or purchase one on arrival at Drip.
We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
04. Rotate
Enhance your experience by following the DRIP Methods on your wrist band provided to you on arrival.
Each method includes suggested timing and our team will guide you if needed.
05. Unwind & Relax
The Recovery Room is reserved exclusively for clients booked into the Ultimate Method or a Leg Compression Session. It’s a dedicated space designed to help you complete your recovery and fully reset post treatment.
Inside the Lounge:
-
8 recovery beds with privacy curtains
-
A place to enjoy your Herbal tea & water
-
A calming, quiet environment to decompress
Please note:
Access to the Recovery Lounge is subject to bed availability. With only 8 beds available, we operate on a first come, first served basis. While we do our best to accommodate everyone, if the lounge is full and you prefer not to wait, access may not be possible during your visit. No refunds will be provided due to limited bed availability.
06. Stay Hydrated
Before you leave, enjoy a warm herbal tea or refill with cold water. Staying hydrated during and after your session is essential for enhancing your recovery and maintaining balance.
