Bookings, Refunds, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

At Drip Recovery PTY LTD, we recognize that sometimes unexpected events can arise, making it difficult for you to attend your scheduled appointment. To ensure we run our services efficiently and respect everyone’s time, we've outlined the following guidelines:

1. Bookings

  • All bookings will require full payment to secure your appointment.

2. Refunds

  • No cash refunds will be issued. All refunds will be given as credits to your Drip Recovery PTY LTD account, which can be used toward future services.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee, which may be up to the full cost of the appointment.

  • As your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling that slot with another client.

  • Please note that Drip Recovery PTY LTD cannot offer exceptions for cancellations due to illness or personal emergencies.

Gift Cards & Packages

  • All gift cards are valid for 1 years from the date of purchase.

  • Packages purchased are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Gift cards are non-replaceable. If you lose your gift card, please contact us and we will assist in locating your gift card/package code.

  • Once a package is linked to a client's account, it is non-transferable to another client's account.

Conditions of Entry

Drip Recovery PTY LTD reserves the right to determine the conditions of entry at its clinics. By attending Drip Recovery PTY LTD, you agree to abide by the following conditions of entry:

  1. You are over the age of 18 and have signed the Drip Recovery PTY LTD Waiver, or;

  2. You are between the ages of 14-15 and are accompanied by a legal guardian who has signed the Drip Recovery PTY LTD Waiver on your behalf, or;

  3. You are between the ages of 16-17 and have had a waiver signed by a legal guardian which then allows you to access the facility unaccompanied.

  4. Drip Recovery PTY LTD reserves the right to verify the age of any individual entering any of our clinics. By entering any Drip Recovery PTY LTD clinic, you agree to cooperate with any age verification process we deem necessary.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This is a legal document. If you are unsure of its purpose or consequences or do not understand it, you should seek independent legal advice or assistance before signing it.

In consideration for Drip Recovery PTY LTD allowing me to use the Equipment and/or participate in the Methods, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that:

A. EQUIPMENT AND METHODS

  1. I may only use the Equipment and/or participate in the Methods in accordance with this agreement and the directions provided by Drip Recovery PTY LTD staff.

  2. I understand that the use of the Equipment and participation in the Methods involves exposure to various physical environments and conditions, which may include (without limitation) cold temperatures, hot temperatures, enclosed spaces, water immersion, infrared light, changes in oxygen levels, and physical pressure or restrictions on movement.

  3. I have read and understood the Risk Warning, and I acknowledge that using the Equipment and participating in the Methods involves risks and hazards, which may include (but are not limited to) pain, dizziness, dehydration, muscle strains, infections, bruising, anxiety, high or low blood pressure, breathing difficulties, and in rare cases, more serious outcomes such as seizures, heart complications, or death.

  4. I acknowledge that participation in Drip Recovery PTY LTD’s Methods is for purposes of health, wellness, recovery, or relaxation and that such participation involves both obvious and unforeseen risks.

  5. I acknowledge that I may be participating alongside others in a group environment and that Drip Recovery PTY LTD is not responsible for the actions or conduct of other participants.

  6. I freely and voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with my use of the Equipment and participation in the Methods, and I do so entirely at my own risk.

B. PARTICIPANT’S HEALTH, FITNESS, AND ABILITIES

  1. I am solely responsible for ensuring that I have the appropriate level of health, fitness, and personal capacity to safely use the Equipment or participate in any Methods. Drip Recovery PTY LTD has not assessed and will not assess my personal readiness.

  2. I confirm that I have consulted with a suitably qualified medical professional about any health concerns or conditions that may affect my participation.

  3. I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions, impairments (physical, mental, or otherwise), or circumstances such as pregnancy that would make participation unsafe.

  4. I acknowledge that I do not have any of the conditions specified in the Drip Recovery PTY LTD health exclusion list [link or reference if applicable].

  5. If I experience any discomfort or difficulty during a Method or use of Equipment, I will immediately stop and seek staff assistance.

C. COMPLIANCE WITH DIRECTIONS AND SAFETY RULES

  1. I agree to follow all lawful and reasonable instructions from Drip Recovery PTY LTD staff at all times, including any displayed rules or safety signage.

D. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I:

  • Waive any liability and hold Drip Recovery PTY LTD harmless for any loss (including financial loss), damage, injury, illness, death, or property damage; and

  • Release and indemnify Drip Recovery PTY LTD from any and all claims, legal costs, damages, demands, and actions arising from or connected with my participation, to the extent that they were caused by my failure to comply with this agreement.

  1. I understand that by signing this agreement, I am waiving the right to pursue legal claims against Drip Recovery PTY LTD for any personal injury, illness, or damage resulting from my use of Equipment or participation in Methods.

E. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. I acknowledge that I have not relied on any verbal or written representations from Drip Recovery PTY LTD regarding the risks involved, beyond what is outlined in this agreement.

  2. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply and remain in full effect.

  3. This agreement is binding on me and Drip Recovery PTY LTD, including our respective successors, assigns, employees, and contractors.

DEFINITIONS:

  • Drip Recovery PTY LTD: Refers to the company, its staff, contractors, affiliates, and any entity legally associated with Drip Recovery PTY LTD under Australian law.

  • Methods: Refers to all wellness and recovery techniques or sessions offered by Drip Recovery PTY LTD using specialised equipment or environmental therapies.

  • Equipment: Includes but is not limited to IV therapy tools, compression boots, cryo units, saunas, cold/ice baths, red light panels, oxygen tanks, and any other apparatus offered in-clinic.

  • Clinic: Any premises operated by Drip Recovery PTY LTD where services are delivered.

Minors and Underage Children Waiver

MINORS AND UNDERAGE CHILDREN WAIVER

This document is a legally binding waiver and assumption of risk. If you do not understand its content, we recommend seeking independent legal advice before signing.

In consideration for allowing your child to participate in Drip Recovery PTY LTD services, you and your child acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

A. USE OF METHODS AND EQUIPMENT

  1. Your child may only participate in Drip Recovery Methods and use the Equipment with prior written consent from a legal guardian and in compliance with this agreement.

  2. You understand that the Methods involve exposure to changing conditions and environments, including (but not limited to): cold and hot temperatures, enclosed spaces, infrared light, reduced oxygen, and equipment that may apply pressure or physical constraints.

  3. You and your child acknowledge that participation may carry risks such as irritation, fainting, dizziness, dehydration, infections, bruising, anxiety, seizures, high/low blood pressure, and other complications.

  4. You and your child freely accept and assume all associated risks, and acknowledge that participation is voluntary and for recreational or wellness purposes.

  5. Participation may occur in a group environment. Drip Recovery PTY LTD is not liable for the actions or behaviours of other clients or third parties.

B. HEALTH, ABILITY, AND MEDICAL DECLARATION

  1. You are responsible for ensuring your child is in appropriate physical and mental condition to safely use the services.

  2. You confirm that your child does not have any medical conditions, impairments (physical, psychological, or otherwise), or circumstances (e.g., pregnancy) that would compromise their ability to safely participate.

  3. You agree to consult a qualified medical professional before your child participates, and will disclose any relevant medical history to Drip Recovery PTY LTD staff.

  4. You confirm your child does not have any of the medical exclusions listed by Drip Recovery PTY LTD [insert link if applicable].

  5. If your child experiences discomfort or difficulty, they must stop immediately and alert a staff member.

C. SUPERVISION, AGE, AND CONDUCT

  1. Your child must comply with all verbal and written safety instructions given by Drip Recovery PTY LTD staff.

  2. Children aged 13–15 must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times while on premises and during sessions.

  3. Children aged 16–17 may participate unaccompanied with signed consent from a legal guardian.

  4. Children under 13 are not permitted to participate in any Drip Recovery PTY LTD services or use Equipment.

  5. You are responsible for your child’s behaviour while at the clinic and must ensure they adhere to safety protocols at all times.

D. LIABILITY WAIVER

  1. To the extent permitted by law, you:

  • Waive and release Drip Recovery PTY LTD from all claims for injury, illness, property damage, or death related to your child’s participation.

  • Indemnify Drip Recovery PTY LTD against any claims resulting from your child’s non-compliance with this waiver or the rules of conduct.

  1. You acknowledge that by signing this document, you are precluded from making any future legal claims against Drip Recovery PTY LTD related to your child’s use of the services or Equipment.

E. GENERAL TERMS

  1. You confirm that no other representations or statements (other than what is in this agreement) have influenced your decision to permit your child’s participation.

  2. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, the rest of the agreement remains enforceable.

  3. This waiver binds both you and your child, as well as your heirs, legal representatives, and Drip Recovery PTY LTD’s successors.

Definitions

  • Child: The minor for whom you are the legal guardian.

  • Equipment: Any recovery-related device used at Drip Recovery PTY LTD, including saunas, cryotherapy units, IV systems, oxygen chambers, etc.

  • Methods: The wellness and recovery techniques offered by Drip Recovery PTY LTD.

  • Clinic: Any premises operated by Drip Recovery PTY LTD.

Schools Waiver

SCHOOL WAIVER

DRIP RECOVERY PTY LTD – SCHOOL GROUP PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This waiver outlines the terms under which a school group, including students and supervisors, may access services and equipment at Drip Recovery PTY LTD. If you are unsure about any part of this document, we recommend obtaining independent legal advice before signing.

A. USE OF METHODS AND EQUIPMENT

  1. Students and supervisors may only use Drip Recovery PTY LTD’s Equipment and participate in Methods in accordance with this agreement and under the supervision of school-appointed staff.

  2. Participation may involve exposure to environments including extreme temperatures, enclosed spaces, water immersion, infrared light, cryogenic chambers, oxygen therapy, and physical pressure. These carry inherent risks.

  3. The School confirms that it understands these risks, which include (but are not limited to): dizziness, fainting, dehydration, burns, cold injury, low/high blood pressure, allergic reactions, sprains, muscle strain, seizures, emotional distress, and in extreme cases, death.

  4. Participation is for recreational, wellness, or educational purposes and involves voluntary engagement in activities that carry physical and psychological risks.

  5. Drip Recovery PTY LTD is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by other group members or third parties.

  6. Students may only participate with written consent from their legal guardians. The School must not compel participation in any Method.

B. STUDENT HEALTH, FITNESS, AND ABILITY

  1. The School is responsible for ensuring that each student and supervisor is physically and mentally fit to use the services. Drip Recovery PTY LTD does not assess health suitability for group participants.

  2. The School must not allow students or supervisors with known medical exclusions (see [insert link]) to participate.

  3. If a participant becomes unwell or distressed during use of any Method or Equipment, they must immediately cease participation and seek help.

C. SUPERVISION AND CONDUCT

  1. All participants must follow lawful and reasonable instructions provided by Drip Recovery PTY LTD staff.

  2. A qualified school Supervisor must accompany students at all times while on Drip Recovery PTY LTD premises and during use of any services.

  3. Supervisors are responsible for managing student conduct and ensuring their compliance with safety protocols.

  4. Students under 16 years of age may not participate in Drip Recovery services. Students aged 16 and over may participate only with prior written guardian consent.

D. LIABILITY

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the School:

  • Waives all liability and holds Drip Recovery PTY LTD harmless for any injury, illness, death, loss, or property damage;

  • Releases and indemnifies Drip Recovery PTY LTD from all claims, damages, and costs (including legal costs) arising out of or related to the group’s participation, except where the incident is due to gross negligence by Drip Recovery PTY LTD.

  1. The School understands and agrees that by signing this waiver, it will be legally precluded from pursuing compensation or damages from Drip Recovery PTY LTD for injuries, losses, or other claims arising from participation.

E. GENERAL TERMS

  1. The School affirms that it has not relied on any external statements about safety or outcomes beyond those in this agreement.

  2. If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force.

  3. This agreement binds Drip Recovery PTY LTD, the School, and their successors or assigns.

Definitions

  • School: The institution responsible for the group and a signatory to this waiver.

  • Student: Any participant under school care, including minors.

  • Supervisor: A staff member or qualified adult responsible for student oversight.

  • Methods: The wellness and recovery techniques offered by Drip Recovery PTY LTD.

  • Equipment: All physical devices, machinery, and tools used during services.

  • Clinic: A facility operated by Drip Recovery PTY LTD.
