Membership Options & Minimum Terms

Weekly Membership (Direct Debit)

​

• Minimum term: 8 weeks (2 months)

• Cancellation requires 2 weeks' written notice after the minimum term ends

• Ongoing weekly billing

• Not transferable or refundable once payment is made

 

6-Month Upfront Membership

​

• Paid upfront in full

• Valid for 6 months from date of activation

• Non-transferable and non-refundable

• One optional 2-week pause permitted with prior notice

 

12-Month Upfront Membership

​

• Paid upfront in full

• Valid for 12 months from date of activation

• Non-transferable and non-refundable

• One optional 4-week pause permitted with 14 days’ notice

 

Pause Policy

​

• Memberships may be paused for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year

• You must complete at least 2 weeks of membership before requesting a pause

• Pauses must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to the requested start date

• Pauses cannot be applied retroactively

• Membership term is extended by the paused period

 

Payment & Billing

​

• All payments are collected in advance via secure providers like Stripe or PayPal

• Missed or failed payments may result in suspended access

• It is your responsibility to keep your billing details current

• All payments are non-refundable once processed

• Credits may be issued where appropriate under Drip Recovery PTY LTD policies

 

Cancellation Policy

​

• Weekly memberships can be cancelled after the 8-week minimum, with 2 weeks' written notice

• 6-month and 12-month upfront memberships are not refundable or cancellable

• Drip Recovery PTY LTD may terminate any membership immediately for breach of policy or misconduct

 

Member Responsibilities

​

• Members must follow all safety rules and staff instructions

• Pre-booking is required for all sessions—walk-ins are not guaranteed

• Members are responsible for updating contact and payment details

• Any misconduct may result in immediate cancellation without refund

• Notify staff if your health status changes

 

Age & Access Policy

​

• Members must be 18+ to join independently

• 16–17 year olds may join with a guardian-signed waiver

• 13–15 year olds may attend with guardian supervision and waiver

• Children under 13 are not permitted

 

Liability & Waiver

​

• Participation in services and use of wellness equipment involves inherent risk

• You acknowledge and assume all such risks

• You must sign a waiver before accessing the facility

• Drip Recovery PTY LTD is not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless due to gross negligence

• You indemnify Drip Recovery PTY LTD against claims arising from your participation

 

Variation of Terms

​

• Terms of this agreement may be changed with 45 days' written notice

• If you disagree with the new terms, you may cancel within 7 days of notice

• Continued use of services after the notice period implies your acceptance of the updated terms

 

Governing Law & Enforcement

​

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia

• Legal disputes will be handled in Queensland courts

• You agree to cover any recovery or enforcement costs for unpaid fees or breaches
