FAQ
01. Do I need strength-training experience?
Not at all. Strength & Sculpt is suitable for beginners and experienced trainers. Your coach will guide your technique and provide options suited to your current ability.
02. Why is the studio infrared heated?
The infrared heat creates a warm, energising training environment and adds another level of intensity to your workout. We recommend arriving well hydrated and listening to your body throughout the class.
03. Will I receive individual support?
Yes. Classes are limited to 12 people so your coach can support your technique, help you select appropriate weights and encourage you to progress safely.
04. What should I bring?
Wear comfortable activewear and suitable training shoes. Bring a water bottle and towel, and make sure you are well hydrated before arriving.
05. How do I book a class?
Classes can be booked online, giving us a call or through the Drip app. Choose your preferred session from the timetable and secure your place before attending.
06. Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
Strength & Sculpt is not suitable during pregnancy due to the infrared heat. We would love to welcome you back postpartum and will support you to return at a level that feels right for your body once you have received medical clearance.
