DRIP MINI CUBS KIDS CLUB

Parent Agreement & Waiver

1. Nature of the Service

I understand that Drip Mini Cubs Kids Club provides short-term supervised children’s play while parents or guardians attend a session at Drip Recovery or The Method Studio.

This service is not a licensed childcare centre, daycare, or formal crèche facility.

2. Parent Onsite Requirement

I agree to remain onsite at Drip Recovery or The Method Studio at all times while my child is attending Kids Club and to remain contactable during my session.

3. Health & Safety Disclosure

I confirm that:

• My child is well enough to participate in supervised play.

• I have disclosed any allergies, medical conditions, behavioural considerations, or special needs.

• I will provide any required medications, instructions, or emergency information where applicable.

4. Toileting & Personal Care

I understand that Kids Club staff are unable to assist children with toileting, nappy changing, or personal hygiene tasks.

Children should be toilet independent where possible.
If assistance is required, I agree to return promptly to assist when contacted.

5. Unsettled Children Policy

If my child becomes distressed, unwell, unsettled, or unable to comfortably participate in the supervised environment, I understand that I may be contacted and required to collect them promptly to ensure the wellbeing of all children and staff.

6. Behaviour Expectations

For the safety of all children:

• Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session.

• Staff reserve the right to contact me immediately if concerns arise.

 

7. Accident & Liability Acknowledgement

While all reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe supervised environment, I acknowledge that minor accidents or injuries can occur during normal children’s play activities.

By booking this service, I:

• Accept the normal risks associated with children’s play.

• Agree not to hold Drip Recovery, The Method Studio, their staff, contractors, or affiliates liable for minor injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during supervised play except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

• Confirm participation is at my own risk as the parent or guardian.

 

8. Emergency Medical Consent

If I cannot be contacted in an emergency, I authorise staff to seek appropriate medical assistance for my child if necessary. Any associated medical costs remain my responsibility.
