WELCOME

This Membership Agreement is between Drip Recovery PTY LTD ABN 47 686 334 949, located in Queensland, Australia, and you, the Member. By purchasing a membership, you agree to all terms outlined below.

​1. Nature of the Membership

This is a collaborative promotional membership between Drip Recovery PTY LTD and Stadium Fitness.

To access the promotional rate, members must maintain:

• An active Drip Recovery membership under these terms, and

• An active Stadium Fitness membership under Stadium’s separate terms and conditions.

Each business operates independently and is responsible for its own services, policies, hours and liabilities.

2. Promotional Rate Eligibility

The Stadium × Drip promotional rate is valid only while both memberships remain active and in good standing.

If either membership is cancelled, paused beyond allowable terms, suspended, or terminated for any reason:

• The promotional rate is immediately forfeited.

• The member will not be eligible to rejoin this promotional rate in the future.

Rejoining either business will be subject to standard pricing at that time.

3. Weekly Membership & Minimum Term

• Weekly direct debit membership

• Minimum term: 8 weeks (2 months)

• Ongoing weekly billing after the minimum term

• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once payment is processed

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is permitted after the minimum 8-week term

• A minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice is required

• Cancellation applies only to the Drip Recovery portion of the membership

• Cancelling either membership results in permanent loss of the promotional rate

5. Pause Policy

• Due to the heavily discounted collaborative nature of the Stadium × Drip membership, pauses are not permitted on this promotional membership.

• Membership fees will continue as scheduled regardless of attendance, travel, illness, or personal circumstances.

• If a member chooses to cancel instead of continuing payments:

• The promotional rate will be permanently forfeited, and

• Rejoining in the future will be subject to standard pricing.

6. Payment & Billing

• All payments are collected in advance via secure payment provider (Stripe)

• Failed or declined payments will result in loss of promo pricing and will be cancelled

• Members are responsible for maintaining current billing details

• All processed payments are non-refundable

7. Bookings & Access

• Pre-booking is required for all recovery sessions

• Access is subject to availability and fair-use guidelines

• Walk-in access is not guaranteed

• Membership inclusions are limited to services outlined at the time of signup

8. Member Responsibilities

• Members must follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines

• Members must notify staff of any change in health status

• Misconduct or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination without refund

9. Age Policy

• 18+ may join independently

• 16–17 years require guardian-signed waiver

• 13–15 years may attend with guardian supervision and signed waiver

• Children under 13 are not permitted

10. Liability & Waiver

Participation in recovery services involves inherent physical risk.

By joining, you:

• Acknowledge and accept these risks

• Confirm you are medically fit to participate

• Agree to sign a separate waiver prior to using the facility

• Release Drip Recovery PTY LTD from liability except where required under Australian Consumer Law

Stadium Fitness liability is governed under Stadium’s separate agreement.

11. Variation of Terms

Drip Recovery PTY LTD may update these terms with 14 days’ written notice.

If you do not agree with updated terms, you may cancel within 7 days of notice.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.
